Because our products are made and prepared specifically for each order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or simply not liking how the item fits. Please make sure you carefully review the size chart and select the correct size before placing your order.

We are not responsible for sizing mistakes made by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue. We will review the situation and, if the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer when reporting an issue.
